Go Panthers! I am a proud alumna and Adjunct Faculty member of Georgia State University and teach graduate level Ed Policy, Research, Measurement, and Statistics coursework in the College of Education.
I’m Rosalyn Washington, a veteran educator of 23 years and I am proud to say that I am a former Elementary school teacher and Reading Specialist turned Educational Technology lover and trainer.
My current position allows me opportunities to coordinate and implement Instructional Technology initiatives district-wide and to support and train teachers across all subjects.
Don’t you just adore a good eBook? I enjoy all things related to literacy as well as teacher and student-friendly creation tools. I also enjoy introducing concrete strategies related to curriculum development, and best practices related to instruction, literacy programming, early childhood programs, and Educational Technology programming.
I strive to help educators integrate Instructional Technology meaningfully into classroom instruction.
Family is the best. Time spent with family and friends is my favorite, and my free time is filled with crafting, travel, enjoying time on the beach, reading and photography. I also collect pigs. Ask me why!
